i polished it all up , the only mark i remember seeing was at the very bottom of the tailpipe itself. been on a lowered car i think.

well i DO KNOW THIS...

there was a very recent thread with hundreds of posts that YOU STARTED and slagged off another trader for accepting the money yet not sending goods.

I also KNOW that on that thread:

- Lincoln came on and accused you of exactly the same crime
- you accused Lincoln of lying
- you claimed you had posted the items to Lincoln and had proof
- then you backtracked and said it didn't matter anyway cos it was 2 years ago and it should be forgotten
- then you said you couldn't remember the sale
- then you changed the name of the courier that you'd used
- then you changed it again to TNT!
- then you claimed again you had the proof
- then you said you had arranged a meeting with TNT to get the proof
- then you said you would post the proof up to clear your name
- then you said you would PM Lincoln with the proof
- then you said you would PM an independant trader off here to adjudicate (we did not find out who this was as you wouldn't tell us)
- then you said you would call Lincoln about it
- then you said you would fax him the details

You did nothing in the end and you were just simply playing for time hoping that the problem would go away. For that reason it's easy to assume you just simply took the view that because he is in OZ that you wouldn't get any come back, but 2 years later you have!

all the people that read that thread (for those that have not read it - i believe its in the muppet or dummy room or something) will have made their own minds up in any case. 300 people posted and thousands viewed it and awaited your responses over a two week period ... yet nothing.

And it does have something to do with me:

- i regularly buy parts of traders on here
- i use the forum frequently

that's enough. your activities disgrace the reputation of the more honest traders and reduce the general trust users of this forum have in the traders as a whole. there were several calls on the previous thread for you to post the proof or be banned and you kept your head down for a week or so after that thread was locked hoping the problem would go away but it hasn't, because you are now a reference point when someone else gets conned
