Could somebody point me in the right direction!

My windscreen washers arent working, so i removed the pump and tested it with a battery - its working fine.

Number 13 fuse isint blowen.

My headlamp washers also arent working.

Could it be the colum stalk? Is this a common mk5 part?

Isnt the washer pumps run by the big blue relay on top of the fuse box.. have you tried that

 

Hi no i havent tried that, is that inside the car or in the engine bay? Nice avatar!!

 

A friend had an issue with the column, not sure what his issue was but they can & do go wrong. The replacement fixed the problem.
