Very good choice of motor.

Nick who used to work at MSD has one, MSD mapped with a big exhaust and intercooler, made 460lb/ft of torque. Am sure Nick even said it was still on the standard turbo last time i spoke to him.

Stu even said it keeps up with his M5 to 100mph!! Thats silly for a diesel!!

Ł325 I expect is the going rate.
Is it early or late?
Fancy one next, that or S4 estate thing.

75mpg.... that might be the e90 320d mate??

I cant see the E46 330d putting that out at light cruise, even after mapping has optomised the consumption. It'd do 45-50mpg tops on a very light cruise.

If its getting a genuine 60mpg+ on motorway duty then I'll book my old dears E46 330d Cabrio in because she's getting 36-37mpg at present.

Cheers,
Grant

I think your mates will be in for a shock once it's had a remap and abit of tweaking.

Probably one of the best engine/saloon combinations available (In a Diesel).
