Default BMW fuel filters

are they desined not to be changed i serviced a 52plate bmw and the fuel filter clips can only be dun up not undun lol why is this???? or is it a fit and forget

BMW in their wisdom , dont know mate but they are not fit & forget.We dont have any special tools for them here

strange aint it lol i do like the way the regulator is fitted to the filter tho
