Hi all

I'm looking to get various engine parts crackle coated e.g cam cover ect.

Can you post some pics up of a few examples?

Who best the best person to go to for this?

I think the best way to get the best finnish with this stuff is, every coat you put on, spray it on in a different direction!

Mike can get the finish done for you iirc,
As said above, if you go diy you have to spray each coat in a different direction, you get better wrinkles if you then put it in an oven!< gf wasnt to pleased though!
You can buy it from Frosts, made by VHT.

I've just had a pair of Toyota 4AGE cam covers crackle painted with a tin of spray paint I got from US Automotive in Bedford, its made by VHT and it worked very well.

Cost Ł10.00
