header tank cold???

why this the header tank stone cold but the rad top and bottom pipes,heaters are hot?
the car is mk5 rs2000 the car drives fine!

thought that mate but if it was the stat would the heaters get hot?

cooling system is not flowing as it should, could be stat, blocked rad, air lock, process of elimination
