hi again everyone, i have a s1 rs turbo and its diamond white at the moment the thing is i have the car stripped down to the bare shell and thought it would be a good idea to paint it all a different color would this be advised or would you boffins frown upon the idea any help would be greatly appreciated. i was planning on ford panther black as lady diana (r i p) had a nice looking black s1

If it's not concours then paint it, Black - Moonstone - Mercury Grey or Radiant Red

 

its a case for the (i) squad

 

i bought the car off a lad in dudley in the midlands and it was rotten very badly so i stripped it down and a professional welder offered to weld it up properly if i did some wiring on his audi s3, he then lined it up and welded new parts in every thing rotten was fixed its now mint but im afraid that it might lose the origionality if i change the color

 

if you want to be a COVERT user try harder

not a series 1 but a my 16i with the s1 kit, so in sunburst red, to give you an idea of one in a defferent colour, and seeing as you mentioned the diana car, were you talking about mine

 

and some old photoshops i did with my old series 1, just for fun

 

sunburst looks awesome on an s1! also theres a guy on here with a merc grey one i think it is? or i've seen an s2 done in moonstone blue which looks nice!
