Rear Arch pulling ???

Rear Arch pulling ???
Does anyone know if rear archs can be pulled out and who can do it idealy in north west !!!!
Its for the rear of my clio as ive just got 8X15 comps the fronts are fine but i need to space the rears out by 10 to 15mm to give enough clearence on the inner arch, but with them spaced they will stick out unless arch's are pulled other wise its a big hammer to the inner arch area !!!!
