why do companies employ people on help desks for the uk that can hardly speak English, have them using those piss poor headsets and loads of back ground conversations.Just had to ring BT to report a phone line fault I have had better and clearer conversations on a mobile phone on a stormy day lol
I could hardly understand a word he said

Tony,

you sure the background conversations you heard were from the BT call centre and not a crossed line. maybe that is the fault

On a better note, if you have a problem with Sky then you can asked to be put back to an English call centre, which is handy.

If you have a problem with Women, you can get a divorce. Did you know that Tony?

I never said the call centre person was coloured or female
it was a he though and definitely had an ample command of a language unfortunately it was foreign.
The faulty line I have is at home ,I called them from work so no line problems.I had this fault in September took bt 2.5 weeks and they ended up closing the road to fix it albeit only temporarily it would appear
I rang to report a fault not to order a fookin take away

fill in their online webform for reporting faults, saves the hassle of rining them

It fucks me off too, had to ring BT myself last month and had to get him repeat what he was saying 3 times.

Maybe the cross interference comes fro this type of network set-up
