thought i would double both posts up

1. my cooling fans fuse has melted , and i mean proper melted - right on to the acutally base of the box and destroyed the terminals - any ideas or has this happened in any of your 3drs or saphs.

2. Headtank - must of been posted up a million times - but anyone know were i could source an orginal plastic one, really struggling.

he will make you a loom that dose away with the old fuse box one as its a loom all on its own iv got one on my car as this fult is comen on the 3dr

and the only new header tank you will get are for the escort cosworth they dont have the flowt in them you wont get a new 3dr one

As said std ford wiring is crap, like a lot of the other bits on cossies, a rewire is a piece of piss and a must, can be done in 30 mins making your own loom for around Ł5.
4wd sapphy/escos tanks still available new but not 2wd.

ps a new 4wd tank is Ł34.66p, but ford sell you a new hose(about Ł41) as it has a much larger fitting for the turbo return feed, or you could just make one ?
