Looking at going back to orange rear lights on my Saph, but they seem to be rare as hens teeth!!

All i can find is some rear lights for a Sierra hatchback, but will they fit the Saph?

I'm sure i tried fitting a tinted hatchback light ages ago and a small part fouled on the rear panel.... has anyone cut this off to fit them?

 

Hatchback ones will sit @ an angle on a Saff as the back panel is shaped differently. Waste of time and will look horrible.

I've got 3 brand new pairs as well, hate the tinty jobs, you can sometimes get them still, I got a pair from a german ford dealer, but were £135 a pair, that was a good 2 years ago though.

4x4 lights are still available from ford,about £38 each,i just sold a set of old style lights which were perfect for £20 on ebay,thought they were worth more than that.

 

I bought a set of new orange rear lights for my saph from Ford this summer, so they are still available.

 

Only worth more when ebay sellers add 'Cosworth' to the title It's not like they fit any other non-Cossie Sierra

I had to start with a set on order from three different dealers, all listed as available, only one could actually supply, and that took a lot of hunting, good luck anyway, they are much nicer than the tinty jobs imo, just look more period.

what dealers did you get the new lights from? i tried all over the place, and could only find 2 left hand units....

got the orange ones as well hate tint ones..

 

Mine was converted at Fords from new (G plate change time I suppose??) but the originals were in the boot. Haven't thought about 'em much but will go in search and bubble wrap them at this price!

 

the twins have just advertised a mint set in cosworth parts for sale, tell them i sent you, i'll try and get commision lol
