looking to see if the owner of a white Euro spec mk2 Sierra XR4i is on here - it was in a few small pics in FF and Pf from track days about a year ago and apparently was going to be featured - is the owner on here or does anyone know him?

the feature hasn't happened yet, fast ford haven't got back to him, they promised 3 features from our group that day and not one has ever being contacted since, mine was to go in classic ford..Jims 200 rep behind rob was also in line for a feature...

What engine is in the rs200 rep? any more pics or a thread on the car?

 

Jims car has an msd built yb with a harvey spec T38 fully live mapped after been run in,running through a quaife 6 speed sequential gearbox,I have been out in the car several times and it is truely awsome, the handling is fantastic and with the grunt to match makes it an fantastic all round track/weekend car.



the engine bay has changed a little since this pic the greens have gone as it was still being run in and the alloy tanks have changed to rs200 rep ones.

I'm here

Its still on the go, Trackdays and drifting I've reached the limits of the car at the moment. It needs the rear end sorting, 0 camber and slight toe in needed. So i'm going to have to get some adjustment into the rear arms. Also need some compression struts. The front track was increased by 1" each side and the ARB as caused the wheels to move back and lost caster even with the top mounts moved right back
Then theres power, not enough. Hope to cure that with a supercharger

This is not long after i got it. Cleveland RSOC trackday. Standard Dohc with the 3door kit! And boy did it lean in corners

 

It looks better now rob without the whale tail on.I think your car just looks mint when you come to just about every corner and your drifting it.Is the back diff welded up Rob.

 

Welded Scorpio 7 1/2". The only problem is the drive shaft bolts work loose, not lost any yet. But after a day on track the nee tightening up. Think i may go for a gripper diff as the drifting looks to have been knocked on the head at Tesside, Trackdays for me now.
