got me a year ogo,, first pionts in 20 years ,,,,, i got a blue tooth handsfree parot,, i spend more time fooking about with that when trying to call out ,, it will cause an accident , for incoming its fine ,,, but i cant honestly see the problem calling someone on speed dial, or answering a call,, you need to take hands off the steering wheel with a hands free unless you have every number you would ever need on Voice recognition.

I drive around 100 miles per day , sat in my transit ,, the biggest thing that fooks me off is the amount of people texting!!! and i must say it is predomanantly women too.

unlucky sarah

NOT good! I'd feel like a right belle end if i got points for that and hence dont use the phone while driving now!

It ranks up there with getting points for parking on zig zags or running a red light as things i NEVER want done for as they are ridiculous!

Oh, I thought this topic would contain pictures of you dressed as a St Trinians schoolgirl and the error was you had dropped your pencil so you have to bend over to pick it up just as the pictures were taken

Can I be done for being on the phone when I pull up and answer it? I don't turn my engine off and I don't pull up in a daft place.

if you dont turn off your engine your in control of the vehicle IIRC, same as if you were drunk and sat in a car with engine running you could be prosecuted.

someone who knows will no doubt correct me

Even if you are sat in car asleep in a layby, and the keys are in your pocket, you can still be done for being drunk, ridiculous though it sounds!

So pressing the answer button on my head unit (my head unit is bluetooth enabled) can earn me a fine and points????

How the fuck am I meant to answer it then!!!!

This sounds totally fucking ridiculous. People change the radio station, turn the volume up or down but cannot press ONE button to answer a call? I've seen people actually scanning for a station whilst driving before....I'm just going to press one button
