Default Anyone make phone calls to other countrys?

Abit confused here, im with Three and ive got the price list on their website which says it will cost me 80p per minute to receive a call, yet someone called me the other day from another country and ive not been charged a penny for it, i even rang Three and they told me the same thing as the website?

I dont want to make a call and find out thats wrong aswell and get charged £10 for 3mins

Whats the normal costs?

Thats abit harsh, so if i called someone(from uk) in another country, they would also be paying aswell, great.

yep as when you call the mobile you pays your bit and they pick up the roaming cost, as you may not know where they are / abroad etc
