hi lads im going to have a full crank regrind fly wheel skimmed and all balanced up at the same time now the thing i need to know is i do remember the place that is going to do the work saying that they need the front pulley crank fly wheel .but will they need the con rods and pistons as well as ive not got the pistons yet as the block has got to be bored out

the pistons are only weighed on scales along with the rods so should be ok mate

when i got mine done they wanted pistons, rings, rods, crank, bottom pulley, flywheel + bolts and clutch + bolts

Anything that moves in the engine that has mass, so pistons are weighted to equalise, ie the lightest one is the one they take meat off the others to make the same as.
Rotational components are vital, as in all of them, rods normally balanced end to end, then as sets for weight, it does make a big difference, always have it done, especially with the titanic weight of cossie flywheels/if they can lighten at same time.
