Default Series one build from scratch

Ok thought i would start a resto thread on the xr3, we have had the car for a while now and was looking a bit tired so we thought it could do with a new lease of life
First stage was to strip down to a shell

Then it was time to scratch build the body kit

A friend produced the stickers

You can just see the tow cover

The interior will get a full make over.

Grille being converted to s1 item still work in progress

Parts in primer ,any bits that are wrong can be easily spotted and rectified

Will keep the updates coming as they happen

PMSL, when I saw the first pic, I thought that looks like a model car. But I then realised that your garage is larger than it looks, with an extremely high roof...

That's got to be the first rot free shell I have seen in years.

Good luck with the project, and keep up the updates..
