i dont think that is a power engineering chip, powers sell superchips so why would they put a power engineering sticker on it, also that sticker looks real basic design like someone made it on there pc at home, look at the soldering around the chips mounting points, does it look all the same, nice and neat like a machine did it, or is does it look more hand soldered

agree 100% after a 2nd look just looks like a home made sticker. you can tell by the soldering and or peel the sticker off you'll soon see then if its a std eprom
it puzzles me why the guy would advertise an msd chip but then go and stick a pe sticker on it lol if he was going to great lenghts to rip someone off wouldnt he just put an msd sticker on it instead and save any hassle
if it was me and it was advertised as a MSD chip but turned up with a P/E chip /fake sticker id be claming but as said above post up in GD im sure you will get a answer quite quickly
its an uprated chip of some sorts though surely, as a standard item isnt as thick as this, you can see it looks like a chip stacked on top of another, exactly how all my chipped ecu's have looked. not the most technical method, but its a giveaway
stickers on chips always tend to look crap. and i too threw a strop about a chip cos it had a crap looking sticker on it that didnt match the name of what the seller said. in the end it turned out it was a superchip, just under the name they used to trade under
