where abouts does it come into effect?

as tomoz i have to go near ealing, down to hammersmith from the m4, and i dont have a clue if im going to have to pay it, how to pay it, or how fooking much it is...

anyone know?

right, just put in postcode of where im going and it says its out of the charge zone.

from where you are going it starts at earls court so your miles away from it...
