has anyone done or know how to fit rear seats to a mk4 astra van help needed
i bought a nice mk4 astra envoy dti 1.7 van last night the problem is iv got a 3 year old kid and i need rear seats.
how hard is it to put some in? do i have to get the proper seats for a van or will estate one,s fit or normal astra one,s? i want to be able the fold them down.
and what about seat belt, are there holes to bolt them to or do i need them welded?
at the moment i haven,t looked as it,s all plyed and carpeted, so i thought i should get some advice before i pull it all apart.
ANY advice would be great
thanks chris

piss easy matey, find a breaker with a seat converted astra and buy the conversion, they are a proper thing the ones i have had and the seat material match the fronts, they are a thin seat so fold flat but a word of warning as there is no view out the side i found back seat passengers feel pat and mick quite easily so carry a bucket with you
tbh its easier to buy a astra van with a rear seat conversion already, it can't be hard to buy the seat which iirc has the seatbelts fixed to it from a van already and retro fit it, i think the hardest part is removing part of the floor so passengers can put therir feet down
