hi guys im new on here and just want some advice. I have a s2 rs turbo which i now have in a workshop as i detroyed the gearbox, whilst i was changing the gearbox i decided to take all the interior out and took upo the carpet. i then noticed that the floor was rusty in places. As it is going to need new floorpans and welding here and there i was looking at doing a yb cosworth conversion with a 4 wheel drive system. just wanted to know what people think and dos and donts.

DONT do it and if u DO let someone who knows about it do the conversion 4 u!

 

one thing mate,, you will need deep pockets if the name cosworth is involved there are afew on here i think ,Good luck mate

 

not worth doing imo to much money unless you can do all the worth yourself. and save money

 

big money to do properly

 

pointless in my eyes! Just run a 2.1 ZVH and ur away!

To much work with the diff and engine mods loom ecu then a good setup. U'll need some wonger to get the converstion mate!
