p8 ecu. The ecu is faulty on the adaptive fuelling. It has a msd chip fitted for std comp, 55lb, siemens, t35, 500 cooler, the ecu runs the car, its only faulty with a msd chip tho as only msd use the adaptive fuelling part of the ecu. £150 posted.
why cant it run closed loop?
adaptive fueling is something totally different and disabled on most peoples chips (well more than a stage 3) give away at that price!

To be precise, it will only work correctly with pectel software installed.
EVERYONE else uses the adaptive hardware, including the OE manufacturers such as Weber, Ford Fiat, Lancia etc.

I think I'd be really up for buying this, but I am a litte new to the cossie scene so I have a quick question.
Can the pectal baby board be removed, then with a new chip from MSD would this be a normal L8 ecu with the ability to run closed loop?
I'm planning on fitting this to my 2wd saph with some other upgrades, but as it is an every day car closed loop would be ideal
