need to fit some double valve springs (not isky) to my head just wondered if its a pain job ?

 

Not too hard mate

* Remove cams
* Screw air line into 1 cylinder softly pressure cylinder, this will stop valve falling down
* Compress spring and remove collets
* Spring will then remove

Might aswell do oil guide seals while your there

 

heads all brand new and off car so no need to change seals!

just remove cams and use a valve compressing tool and carefully remove the collets
