Default 2wd cosworth idle speed adjustment

Anyone tell me how to adjust this please?
Don't want to get the wrong one and it melts
Having a look is it the slotted head bolt with a 15mm locknut on it, on the NS tucked under some pipes and facing front of car (crap description I know!).
Thanks.

Ah yeah, remember that fitted better now
Cheers for confirmation.

Gareth, when hot it idles at 1500rpm.

Needs a set up etc by one of the pros on here really, fucking stinks of petrol etc.
Lumpy when cold, not ICV related smells like mixture is well out, but not touching that.
Did a few bits to it yesterday, went for a spin, and the gearstick snapped in half
