Default 4x4 sapph turbo removal

im in the process of swapping my weary t3 for a t34 is it possible to remove the turbo without taking the exhaust manifold off as there are two nuts i cant get at they are the two on the block side of the manifold.and to save putting up another post what size nut is fitted to the cam belt tensioner?

take the alternator off and use "smaller" spanners.........(24mm rings a bell for the tensioner,but havn't got the car to check)

im just about to take the turbo off my 4x4 saph cos.looks like a nightmare.so if i take the alternator off i can get to both rear bolts that hold the turbo on?

i managed to get my turbo off in the end by taking out the adjuster nut out completly from the alternator and just pushing it out of the way
