Default computer experts please

i have a wave sound file at 170mb, i need to put this onto a cd, how do i compress it ready to burn using anything i have on my computer. the track is 69 mins long so should fit onto a cd.

ok seems a cd will hold 700mb anyway, ill give it a go.
