The meta tags and page content for the site to get it up in search engine rankings, its reasonabley well tagged so now all he needs is thousands of links off forums referring back to it, like he is getting, and suddenly he has a 301 redirect for sale thats got masses of google real estate.

Easy way to make a few quid, clever guy, not the one in the picture, the one who made the site.
