Well, can any of you remember last year Gordon Ramsey did a 'cookalong' on TV, where you went out and bought the ingredients, and you cooked along with him on TV. And there were 4 or 5 people being filmed doing it too at their homes.

Well ive been chosen to be one of the people being filmed in their homes!!

I just hope i dont have to cook beef~!! i hate cooking beef.. no matter what i do i always over cook it! i could literally show it a warmed up oven for about 30 seconds, and somehow it would still come out over cooked!

god damn beef! it was in for 20 minutes LESS than recommended and it still came out over cooked!!

as for the garlic..... er...... i like garlic!

 

I like garlic too....but it doesnt particularly like me as it lingers on me the following day far too much for my liking (I'm unaware of this - other people tell me!!) - so I only have it on rare occasions!!!

I did a cook along with Gordon Ramsey when I was a Supervisor at Hilton. All I am saying is I have never seen our chef so quiet and terrified in all my life!

a fillet steak i would normally season, then either griddle lightly or grill.

the main thing i have a problem with is cooking a beef joint!

 

Sounds like Porkie will be eating a lot of nice beef as you are practicing
