Default I'm gonna be on telly!!

Well, can any of you remember last year Gordon Ramsey did a 'cookalong' on TV, where you went out and bought the ingredients, and you cooked along with him on TV. And there were 4 or 5 people being filmed doing it too at their homes.

Well ive been chosen to be one of the people being filmed in their homes!!

what the hell have a let myself in for!!

I like garlic too....but it doesnt particularly like me as it lingers on me the following day far too much for my liking (I'm unaware of this - other people tell me!!) - so I only have it on rare occasions!!!

Maria... Let's hope you get him on a good day...

I did a cook along with Gordon Ramsey when I was a Supervisor at Hilton. All I am saying is I have never seen our chef so quiet and terrified in all my life!

Nice chap though

Okay -well it depends on the cut, the type, and also how you cook it.

How do you cook a fillet steak for example?

a fillet steak i would normally season, then either griddle lightly or grill.

the main thing i have a problem with is cooking a beef joint!
