Got an upgrade mobile, do i have to send back the old one?
I got my new upgrade phone this morning from Three and they sent out a "fonebak" recycling bag to send back my old phone, but it doesnt say any where you MUST send it back?
I want to keep it as a spare really, not send it back, plus ive probably pay for the bugger anyway

No, it belongs to you.
They are trying their luck. If you do want rid easily, there are lots of phone recycling websites that will give you money for your old phone, rather than bugger all and making you feel like its the right thing to do!! LOL.
