Iknow you need them for a t4 but you need them for GT Series turbos?

It is down to whether or not you have the 3" inlet on the intercooler....

i havent got a drop bracket on mine, but i am/or was going to be using the Reyland manifold.

Even if you can manage to physically fit the turbo without one, I wouldnt, due to heat.

Its nothing to do with any of that if its in a mk2 escort....

I am guessing the snail has been rotated further round to make it fit the intercooler rather than pointing down in that case you don't need the drop bracket.

Its better without due to other pipes and the chassis.

Mike - size of pipework makes no odds, if you fit a mk2 with an rs500 intercooler in the same place as it is on a cossie then it will be draggin on the floor

YES it is the saff, the mk2 is having a ST170 lump in it, after he nearly killed me getting a zetec out of the mondy for him, changed his mind 5 minutes later!!
