CAstrol RS 10w-60 mate. Fully synth.

some of the best ones are mobil one motorsport 15w-50 or silkolene pro s 5w-40 as recommended by oilman on here, email him your engine spec and he will tell what oil is best for your spec www.opieoils.co.uk

the thickest you can get... as like most cvh's it runs out faster than you can put it in ...

seriously though i used castrol rs 10w 60 in mine
