Its a oil spray jet, found on small turbo 200 blocks, you should be able to get a machine shop to modify your block.

deffo not available from ford anymore, my m8 tried and had to go the expensive route using mountune ones.

However they aren't really needed, unless you are running a high comp engine with big boost.

I seem to recall there are less expensive alternatives being used - I think Markk mentioned them a while ago, from a zetec maybe ?

off topic slightly, but how good does Claude's aka 2001ode Sapphire look in the pic. It looks hard as nails!

what's the spec Claude?

the 4x4 pickup pipe has oil spray jets in it...do these not do a good enough job then?

Hi,
Original pickup oil spray is good, but it is for a engine project with an dry sump system, and original oil pump is off.

It's a track car 2wd.
Engine is 377 hp at 5890 rpm. and 1,8 bar, 403 injectors, L6 and MSD chip, T38 turbo, 3" Mongoose, AH intercooler, BD10 in and exh, Bilstein coil over grA front and rear, 410 and 400 lbs front and rear springs, adjustable TCA and compression struts, 3,92 with Quaiffe LSD rear axle, front brakes 315 x 28 mm. discs with AP racing calipers, rear brakes 4wd discs and calipers.

My friend just got a block done by montune. Slightly different way it is machined etc but same idea
