poly bushes
i done mine on my s2 when doing my resto, the back is harder than the front, the only prob you will have will be gettin the old fuckers off, i used a blow torch and a hammer to get my old ones off. the new ones just press in. i went for deflex there ok, but they didnt come labeled, they have a shop on ebay, type in flo-flex, 100 quid for a car set
if you want powerflex the best on the market you looking around 250 for a car set i think cant remember these are a better bush than the deflex ones.

Powerflex are a lot better than the others and I have tried then all. If its a car you are just playing with and needs new bushes then cheaper ones will be fine and offer a good improvement.
If its a minty mint keeper then spend the money and go for the powerflex!

I need also new bushes for my pretty standard s2 turbo.
Can i use normal rubber bushes, or do you recommend deflex or powerflex?
Suspension will be koni adjustables & lesjöfors springs. (koni sport kit)
power approx 200-220hp.
And if you recommend polyurethanes, why?
