Default PACE Radiator replacement/repair question

My Pace rad has decided to spray out of a tiny pin hole right at the very top of the core. I have attempted using a temp repair, which worked for a while, but now its started again.

I have now two options, but would like to ask you before i decide on what to do.

1) Replace it
2) Get it Re-cored

Now if I replace it, i was thinking of the Airtec one AS are selling... but is it any good?

And if i re-core it, how much is it gonna cost (rough estimate).

Any help would be appreciated.

Oh, the reason i wouldnt replace it with a new PACE product is because i want to get shot of the PACE intercooler i have too as its suffered from the classic Bonnet Catch Syndrome on my S2

Can it not be repaired? When i fitted my FM cooler I put a pin head hole in my GRS rad. So took it to A&H Fabrications and they drained and glued it. Havent had any problems at all with it.

The hole has been repaired once, well with this 2-part metal mix stuff i got my hands on. It lasted a good few months, but now the water has decided to work its way out the back of the rad too.... its hard to explain, but its annoying cos i cant actually figure out where its coming from! I have no idea on how much it will cost to have it re-cored, but i have looked for alloy welders in my area and there aint any, well not that i can find anyway.

If i do end up choosing to replace it, i will also replace the Pace intercooler too. would much prefer a full frontal cooler......
