Default Springs

Can anyone tell me if i could change the springs in my apex suspension kit for standard ride height ford ones?,would this cause any problems with the apex dampers?Reason i asked is its bit to low with these springs as its catches my exhaust over speed bumps which are not avoidible where i live.Cheers.

the dampers may be a bit shorter so you will struggle to get the tops on without spring compressors.
the wheels will lift off the ground easier when hard cornering but should be ok
