i had a custom 2 1/4 inch made to my car, but it would be good if you could do it yourself. From the rs manifold, the mk5 dont fit, plus if you have a 1.5 inch bore on it, it restricts it to like -14psi... so ensure you have 2inch or more bore.

Custom made one is the best, i paid £300 with a 4inch exit.

Make your own out of sections, try it if you got lots of time.

Yeah, gonna make my own, ive got exhaust tubing, its just over 2" bore, will slide over original rs zorst, will seam weld it, matt, sorry mate, the rads aint fully alloy for £150, they have copper and brass end tanks, gave him my spec today - same as RST rad just 500mm in lengh rather than 700 odd, £130 cash , any idea how good copper/brass end c ps will be, core is alloy and its slightly thicker than STD core
