Don't take so many painkillers that the pain goes away completely, keep some pain there.

This means you will still move around very cautiously.

I could not even get dressed or tie my shoe laces one time, somehow I twisted my back lifting a suitcase out of the boot of my car. It took about a week for the pain to go away.

Talk to a physio, maybe it's a trapped nerve.

Don't rush, take it easy, there's always next weekend.

Go to the docs cheif, I did my back a few year back, loaded up on painkillers and it was great, no pain Then I went to the docs, who sent me to a specialist who told me my back was fucked, and the painkillers did more damage than good as it allowed my to carry on instead of taking it easy

Your ignorance could cause you a lifetime of greif and pain, get to the docs.

deffo need the docs to get the right tablets for your back, there are ones that relax your muscle and you have to rest.

don't carry on and make it worse.

just hope it aint as serious as spongelitous (dont know how to spell it) it attacks the bottom of your back and sometimes the top, it gets worse over time and can also cripple. more than likely it wont be that but get checked asap as the backs not that tough.
