The first statement said its made out of Silver, it's not paint.
Anyway the most expensive car in the world is easy to buy, had the person made the car themselves, then that might have been worth mentioning.

Likelihood is its Polished Aluminium, although there is also a chance its fake. How come you can't see the reflection of the photographer in it?
