Hello Guys,
I removed my ABS from my S2 but don't know how to hook them up right now. I have a mastercilinder without ABS right now, Cossie calipers on the front and the normal brakes on the back. I think i can't just let the brakelines run direct to calipers?
Does anyone know how to hook it up?
Thanks in forward

Hi mate, i'v just done this on my rs.
Removed all the ABS stuff, used the original rs turbo master cylinder but fitted a non-abs reservoir to it.
I then plumbed the front feed from the master cyl to the T-Piece in the right inner wing, which feeds to the rear left and front right brakes (as looking from the front of the car).
Then the second feed from the master cyl to the T-Piece on the left inner wing.
This still keeps the diagonal split braking system and allows you to keep the rear brake load compensator valves to do their job!
This is how i've done it and it is the best thing I have done to my RS as I now have brakes that work properly!
Hope this helps mate!

don't you need to use a unit that compensates the pressure between front and rear? That's what they told me, because else the rear would brake to heavy and come round the front?

As above mate. done this to my old rs worked a treat. never had any spins.
If you removed the compensators then you would need to fit either a set of inertia valves inline with the rear brake lines or re-pipe the brakes completly and fit a bias vale in the rear brake circuit to reduce pressure to the rear brakes.

on both wings there is a block with 3 pipes coming out of it you take out both bottom ones an make 2 pipes up to run from them to the 2 holes on the master cylinder, eaither one it dont matter what way round.

Ok i now know this is how i should do it but my english isn't that good. If i read your part i think that their are only 2 connections on your mastercyl and i got 4, so i probably reading it wrong. Could someone help my with this, maybe with a little sketch? or something to make it easier for my
The master cylinder for the RS turbo has only two connections, connection 1= front left and rear right brake, connection 2=front right and rear left brake.
From what you have said it sound that you have a master cylinder off an xr3i or similar which has four connections for each corner of the car braking system. so you will need to block two of them with a bung.
If you have any probs pm me and i'll send you some pics of what i have done..
Also you say your english is not too good....I'm from the north east of england so i gaurentee your english is far better than mine!!!!! haha.
