Default frs rear quater

I have been after a L/H/S rear quater for a frs for months now, with no luck what so ever. Then I find out today from Ford uk that there are none in this country/ Europe maybe even the world! Now this is a problem I know, but what i want to know is, 1: Does anyone know of anywhere i could get one? 2: Am I right in thinking Ford should supply parts for their cars for 10yrs?

Thanks for looking

Warren

Hi

I'm still waiting from december 2008 a left rear quarter for my Focus RS.
Now i ask me why i have buyed this car. I begin to hate this car and the Ford company.
This car was my dream, and now Ford is ruining my dream.
Can anyone help me to make us feel to Ford Europe.
I know that are 10 Focus RS owners in europe waiting of this part.

Thank you.

If the part is listed as available but no stock and on back order then they would appear to be meeting the 10 year rule.

They are probably waiting for a 100 or so orders to justify having them pressed.

What Ford don't seem to realise is they could probably sell a 1000 rear quarter and front wing sets if:

They were actually on the shelf and a more reasonable price.

The alternative would be for Ford to sell the dies to an aftermarket panel seller who would be willing to use them.
I bet Ford would sooner scrap the dies than alow someone else to use them.

I'm sure quite a few RS's have been scrapped due to non availablity of parts, not just quarters, front knuckles don't seem to be available either

.

Yes!! Is the my same situation!!
Ford in this way may lose many fans, he's playing really bad!!
I am very frustrated and I say with pain that does not buy more Ford.
I would like to join forces of all the owners of Focus RS that are in our situation to put more pressure on ford with the collaboration of one European consumer association.
