Default damper repairs, can it be done???

Hi, I've found one of my front shocks (adjustable gaz dampers) has given up. (had them 2 1/2 years, done about 20miles on them )

I've adjusted it way up/down and it doesn't get stiffer/softer.

Would it be possible for me to repair? I'm guessing the seals are F@@ked! Do i have buy another damper or is possible to repair??

Anyone shed any light?

I'm sure they'll do it out of warranty when they learn how many miles they've done.

Like people have said, it's not the first time Gaz shocks have failed after a few miles.
