Bank Holiday Traffic - m5/m4

Has anyone been on the M5/m4 between Devon and mid Wales? Im going to the Mewla Rally on Epynt tomorrow morning and was thinking of how much extra time to allow for traffic?

You need to allow at least 2 extra hours to decypher all the road signs with no vowels in them....

lol yea but its not just that. You can be following signs for a place and then for the next few junctions theres no mention of it, until it suddenly reappears
