Any early reg with COS at the end is Ł999 on the DVLA web site so this one wont be going for 500 quid, if you know what I mean

Will dvla re-issue old plates back then? Only ask because i'd quite like to get my 3dr's plate back (its the sister 3dr to the one owned by Mike Costin...the one sat in the Cosworth museum hence me wanting the plate back!)

If it has not been issues to someone else, you will generally get your old reg back. I have always managed to get them back.

Its been a while for mine though....lost its original plate on 09/05/1994. I'll give them a quick email some time and see what happens.
