Default Weird Dreams!

Over the last few nights I've been having some really really messed up dreams.

They basically consist of loads of flashing images, cant tell what they are, they are kind of like abstract images. The images flash up in such a way that it looks as though I'm running down a corridor then turning randomly into a wall, then I'll wake up and do that thing where you wake up suddenly as if your about to fall off the bed but you don't.

Any one else had any weird unexplainable dreams?

Tim

I think you're fucked.

sleep experts widely regard that those unfortunate enough to experience regular sleep trauma's involving random sequences of images flashing irregularly usually have an underlying mental health issue. These types of dreams, as we know them, are sometimes linked to an awakening 'jolt', which is experienced in only 5% of these cases of these dreams and is significant to a more acute strain of the condition

I sometimes have dreams where I wake up laughing about what happened or a family member will ask me what I am laughing at when I have fell asleep on the couch etc.

However, lately I have been dreaming about my ex an awful lot which I hate.

Reading on......

although it lacks proper medical documentation, frequent 'dreamers' are noted as having a significant intake of cheese in their diet, particularly as a late-night 'tipple' and some sleep disorder specialists have been known to treat their patients by prescribing large quantities of sweets rich in sugar, such as 'Sula' (widely available without prescription) as this can allow the brain to fall into a the relaxed state that most of us enjoy while sleeping. Suggestions of consuming at least 20 or 30 of these sweets each evening have proven beneficial to chronic sufferers

I have called it bull end since as long as I can remember, but yes.

Benni.

P.S I once had a dream I killed a kid and put him in my boot to take him the hospital and panicked and he ended up in my boot. I spent weeks stopping people putting things like shopping etc in my boot and eventually people began to ask what the smell was and I got caught.

Just noticed that Sula sweets are sugar-free now, but that its the Sorbitol that is effective, which they still have in them.

Go buy some I say.
