Hi,
No not got final map yet as there is a THREE MONTH waiting list!!
I am down for a no notice cancellation though, as can just drive car and leave with dave all day, as only a 5 minute walk away.
I did get some PM's from various people but as said there are many problems at the mo.
I want to come over and see mr bumpy anyway, and interested in another bit you have for my dad, so will pop over next few days.
Car is stunning on "get you by map", fuel economy is absolutely unbeleivable, I would not beleive it if someone told me it would do this, I thought it was down to closed loop, until speaking to dave, it's not even enabled yet, he says they are pointless, if you don't have a cat, so long as mapped right, from his results I can only agree.
CO was 2.25%, and falling(as warming up) and was getting towards 1% no cat and perfect running, pulls from 800rpm top easy(laggy of course) but starts boost from 1400/1500.
It is such a joy having boost control related to TPS as well as the rpm, so much nicer and smoother utter joy as no surge to die down when you lift off like a std ecu, massively more driveable.
Only got part map done as TPS went tits up, so rather than pay cossie tax!!, I fitted a universal brand new one at Ł25, went to tps screen and aligned it(at daves) for perfection, so easy to use this system, even I can do it, even managed to get lappy working with ecu yesterday, so going to check the fan on off points, just using the one fan control at the mo but it has two, then just got to fit my clutch switch for full throttle gear shifts.
Upon looking at the spec this can run 12 different trigger patterns including motorbike ones(suzuki/yamaha/ducati), one is being put on daves old norton as it gets converted to fuel injection.
