Default 3dr electrics problem!!!

hey people found the nightmare burnt out fan fuse today and also dodgy headlight relay going into fuse box,

how does the fuse box come out????

I wouldnt bother pissing about trying to repair the fan fuse holder, I would just make your own seperate wiring loom for the fans with thicker wire and with each fan with its own relay and fuse.

Made a new fan loom for mine and its spot on!!

As for the headlights, have you tried changing the relay?

tried swapping it with another one and the same, dodgey connection on base
as for the fuse when you gona make me a loom?????

oh and my boost has gone from 15psi to 25psi that t3 screams and so do the tyres in 2nd gear, its destruction time see what breaks first!

As said about the fan loom, piss easy job to do, as is a fuel pump rewire(also needed).
The fusebox terminals can be replaced if you have a DE POPULATOR TOOL, sometimes can do it with a small screwdriver, fusebox comes out after undoing four nuts around the edge on the indside of the car, they do not pull up much though, but just enough to swap a terminal.
Headlight relays usually ok on these, the terminal block on the headlight suffers terribly though with bad connection, especially earth.

thanks mate i think the earth on the headlight is the problem i will attempt removing this week the fusebox!
