Hi, can anyone tell me if a 2.8 5spd Granada box will bolt directly onto an Essex 3.0 engine. Thanks Bill.

nope different bellhousing pattern, you need a Mk1 granada/consol 2.5 V6 bellhousing to mate a type 9 to an Essex
