hi just wondering if on the rs turbo fuel regulator there is a small pipe that comes off it .does it connect to anything or is it just a breather cheers

sounds like a fiesta turbo (efi) fuel pressure regulator... if so that little hose needs to be plumbed into the inlet manifold as the fpr needs to see manifold pressure, so it can increase the fuel pressure as the boost pressure rises.

 

Some people fit a pipe to the the FPR that then goes to the inlet manifold so that as manifold pressure increases the fuel pressure increses also, if its disconnected the fuel pressure will just be normal about 6 bar i think.
