yeah mine did this and was big ends, but that is worst case scenario.
Could be oil pump, blocked pick up pipe, very very old oil thining out when hot, even a dodgy pressure switch!

CVH engines are extremely prone to low oil pressure. The problem is always linked to either faulty/worn oil pump or worn bearings/crank. Sadly faulty oil pump always mean knackered crank/bearings, and the only remedy is a complete bottom end rebuild.

If you say its had a bottom end rebuild, it shouldnt be that!
What Oil did you put in? should be 15/50 Millers or Silkolene (or any decent brand reallly), no Roys or Halfords own brand shit (small print says "Lubricant not included" )

lol
new turbos can be faulty just the same as old ones, fault findin u dont eliminate anything, new or not
depends who rebuilt the bottom end,joe mangel in his shed out the back or a reputable tuner/engine builder
first thing is gettin an oil pressure reading, take it from there

JamboRST yes your are right but i'm just talking about probabilities and it probably isnt his new oil pump or bottom end (but like you say if Joe Mangle did.....who knows lol), and you have to eliminate things thats the fault finding process, or we'd just change everything all the time! hehehe
