Power is boost dependant, but only ever been on RR once which as you may know is a bit like platting fog for accuracy, but on Nobles RR it made 530bhp at 21psi, with an estimated power of around 650bhp at 30psi.

Cost of similar engine is around Ł15k from myself.

Engine is a short stoke revver, 9000rpm upper limit, relatively low on torque which I like in a 2wd car as it feels revvy rather than promoting excessive wheelspin.

This engine is however 6 years old now and a new power plant is ready. I will be hoping to set some records for fastest accelerating 2wd car when its finished but will be doing this feature with performance ford. Old engine hit 100 in around 7.2 secs but obviously needs to be faster now!

Sunbeam is 910kg, 550bhp which gives a rather nice power to weight of 600bhp per tonne!

Out of interest we were doing some 0 - 60 sprints before the mag feature and on goodyear eagle F1 back tyres we were hitting 0 - 60 in 3.8secs which I think is rather spectacular for a 30psi road tyre on a 2wd car!!
