Hi,

I am looking to replace the front and rear speakers in my Mondeo 1.8GLX 1996 model with some much better ones. But before I start I need to know what sizes the speakers are currently and whether I need any special adapters/connectors etc. I have looked in my car manual, and even in my Haynes manual, but it doesn't state the physical sizes of the speakers in my car. So, I was wondering if anyone knows the sizes of the speakers in the front and rear doors, rather than me having to take off the door panels to find out?

I would suggest the rear speakers to be as big as possible. That is if you like your eardrums to hurt. lol
